§ 16-1. Compensation of Mayor, Deputy Mayor and
Trustees.
Commencing September 6, 1979, the salary of each
Trustee of the Board of Trustees, other than the Deputy Mayor of the
Incorporated Village of Farmingdale, shall be the sum of two thousand
dollars ($2,000.) per annum, and the salary of the Trustee who holds the
position of Deputy Mayor shall be two thousand two hundred dollars
($2,200.) per annum, and the salary of the Mayor of the Incorporated
Village of Farmingdale shall be the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000.)
per annum, all of which compensation shall be paid monthly.
§ 16-2. When effective.
This local law is subject to a permissive referendum
and shall become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of
State of the State of New York.
