Adoption of rules and
regulations.

§ 15-1. Adoption of rules and regulations.
The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of
Farmingdale hereby adopts rules and regulations for procedure regarding public
access to records in accordance with the Freedom of Information Law as follows:
A. |
The name of the Fiscal Officer of the
Village of Farmingdale is Norman Krasnow, Village Clerk-Treasurer, and
payroll information is available at his office at Village Hall, 361 Main
Street, Farmingdale, New York.

B. |
The Records Access Officer is the
Village Clerk-Treasurer.

C. |
Records shall be available at the office
of the Village Clerk-Treasurer between the hours of 9:00 a.m. through
4:00 p.m., during business hours.

D. |
A list of record catagories shall be
available in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
|
E. |
All requests shall be made, in writing,
on forms provided by the Records Access Officer.

Copies of records will be made
upon request in accordance with the fee schedule established by
law, as provided for by Ch. 44, Fees.

There shall be a minimum charge
for search time as provided for in Ch. 44, Fees.

No information relative to private
matters of personnel will be divulged. |
