NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Inc. Village of Farmingdale is soliciting bids via RFP for Street Light Fixtures for its Downtown Main Street area.

Bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Farmingdale at the office of the Village Clerk in the Village Hall, 361 Main Street, Farmingdale, New York 11735, until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, on August 29, 2008 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Village Clerk in the Village Hall, 361 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735.

PUBLIC HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale at Village Hall, 361 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY 11735 will be held on Tuesday, August 26 , 2008 at 7:00 PM prevailing time to hear the following: 

Consider the application of Dr. Peter Scelfo for a site plan review pursuant to Section 105-186 of the Village Code to convert a one family home to an office residence with parking facility at  863 Fulton Street, Farmingdale also known as Section 49, Block 291 , Lot 95. 

The Village Board of Trustees as Lead Agency affirms that a Negative Declaration be issued for this Unlisted Action pursuant to New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. 

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said application is on file in the office of the Village Clerk of the Inc. Village of Farmingdale and available for inspection during regular business hours. 

All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard at such hearing.
