INSTRUCTIONS TO RENEW PARKING PERMIT

Permits are oversold by 25% pursuant to LIRR policy. Spaces are available on a first come-first served basis.

  1. 2005 permits expire 1/31/06. As of August 1, 2005, the yearly fee of $220.00 is reduced to $110.00 for purchase of 2005 permits. Your check should be made payable to: Inc. Village of Farmingdale.
  2. Enclose self-addressed, stamped envelope with this form. PERMITS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED STAMPED, SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE
  3. Please fill in all information (car, plate #, phone etc.) and record any changes on this form.
  4. Permits are for twelve (12) hours. Meters are $3.00 for twelve (12) hours.
  5. Permits are not required for parking from 4pm to 4am Monday - Friday. Permits are not required for parking on Saturday and Sunday. Meters always require $3.00
